Shipping Policy
Order Confirmation & Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Once your order ships from our warehouse, you'll receive a second email with tracking information.
Delivery Timeframe & Damaged Orders
We currently only ship to the US lower 48 states.
If your order hasn't arrived within the stated timeframe, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 7 days from the delivery date on your tracking information.
Missing Items & Order Changes
All claims for missing items must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Unfortunately, we cannot modify your order after you click "Place Order" at checkout. This includes changes to:
Item or size
Delivery or billing address
Items within your order (adding or removing)
Shipping method
Please note: We strive to provide the most accurate information possible. If you have any questions regarding our shipping policy, please don't hesitate to contact us before placing your order.
We understand mistakes happen! Unfortunately, once your order is placed, we can't change the address directly with the courier.
Here's what you can try:
Order hasn't Shipped Yet? Hold tight! Wait for your tracking email. You can then contact the courier directly with the tracking number to see if they can update the address (but keep in mind, this might not always be possible).
Order Has Shipped? Contact the courier ASAP! They might be able to help you out.
Package Returned? Don't worry! If the courier can't deliver and returns the package to us, you'll automatically get a refund once it reaches our warehouse. Keep an eye on your tracking information for updates.
Important Note: If you entered the wrong address and the order goes missing or gets delivered there, we can't be held responsible for a refund or replacement at your correct address.
